Really enjoyed seeing all of the exercises you can do with the bands. I love the example videos, but it would be dope to have set/rep/time recommendations for the movements(I know you have them in the example program, but not in the "ala carte")
I also have the shorter PJF bands...but i have never seen any videos or examples of use. Would be great to have some exercises for those.

Bands are great. It would be nice to have a structured program centered around the band exercises that we could follow, versus just a random collection of exercises.
